Dinner: Butter Chicken
We're almost done with Year One of our culinary tour of the world. Only 7 weeks left!
I am thinking about changing it up a bit for Year Two - possibly choosing an ingredient or cooking technique each week and spending the week exploring how it's approached around the world.
For example, if the ingredient is cumin, we'd try out recipes from Mexico, India, North Africa and Greece. However, before I start working on plans for Year Two, I'd like to get input from the group. Would you prefer to do one country per week with the suggested menus as I have done for Year One, or do you like the weekly ingredient approach? In either case I would still post suggested recipes.
